ARTBO | Weekend 2025: An Unforgettable Celebration of Contemporary Art and Culture in Bogotá

From April 25 to 27, Bogotá transforms into the artistic epicenter of Latin America with the return of ARTBO | Weekend, an event that brings the best of contemporary art to the public in an accessible, vibrant, and exciting format. Organized by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, this ninth edition promises a program that will leave a lasting impression.

A journey through six artistic circuits: The Historic Center, Macarena, Teusaquillo, Chapinero Central, San Felipe, and Chapinero Norte will host 86 exhibition spaces showcasing works by 253 artists in 83 unique exhibitions. Additionally, two free transport routes will connect attendees to design spaces and bookstores located at key points throughout the city.

Innovative highlights: This year's edition features exciting pop-up spaces, such as Montenegro Art Projects at the emblematic Casa Lleras Museum Library, and the participation of Policroma, a gallery from Medellín. Furthermore, the new Book Route connects bookstores and galleries through a special itinerary that ends at Corferias.

The Palace of San Francisco, the artistic hub: This neoclassical monument will serve as the main venue for key activities such as Conversations, with the participation of 20 international curators led by Raphael Fonseca, and Editorial Meeting, where independent publishers will offer workshops and talks about literature and art.

An inclusive and diverse event: With 157 free and accessible activities for everyone, including sign language interpretation services, ARTBO | Weekend reaffirms its commitment to bringing art and culture closer to all citizens.

This event not only celebrates the artistic talent of the region but also positions Bogotá as a cultural and creative benchmark on the international stage. Prepare for three days of inspiration, innovation, and connection.
