Lawsuit Against Lotus Festival SpA: The company behind Lollapalooza Chile is facing a lawsuit of approximately 1.373 billion Chilean pesos filed by former technology provider Ledrium I SpA.

Background of the Dispute: The contract signed in March 2022 included internet and fiber optic services for the 2022, 2023, and 2024 editions. However, after the 2022 event, Lotus unilaterally terminated the agreement, which the courts deemed “fraudulent.”

Current Status: In February 2025, the Santiago Court of Appeals upheld the arbitral ruling, obligating Lotus to compensate for breach of contract.

Lollapalooza Argentina 2026

Confirmed Dates: March 13, 14, and 15, 2026 at the Hipódromo de San Isidro, Buenos Aires.

Economic Impact: The move back to central Santiago is expected to inject around US$20 million into the local economy.
