Lima, Peru - From April 24th to April 27th, 2025, Peru's capital transforms into the epicenter of contemporary art with the anticipated 12th edition of Pinta Lima, formerly known as Pinta PArC. This event, held at the iconic Casa Prado in Miraflores, promises to be a unique celebration of the artistic and cultural diversity of Latin America.
A Transformational Shift With over a decade of history, Pinta Lima solidifies its position as the most important contemporary art fair in Peru, reaffirming its commitment to establishing Lima as a key hub for modern art in the region. This year, the event will feature more than 35 distinguished galleries from various cities worldwide, presenting innovative and high-quality projects.
Outstanding Programming The fair includes curated sections such as NEXT, which explores the integration of unconventional crafts influenced by indigenous knowledge, and RADAR, which showcases intergenerational works addressing themes like identity, gender, and nature. Additionally, the Sculpture Garden and the Video Project will provide immersive experiences that interact with outdoor spaces and moving images.
Forum and Collector Talks The event will also serve as a platform for exchanging ideas through FORO 2025, coordinated by Giuliana Vidarte, and the Collector Talks, where experts will discuss the challenges of collecting art in Latin America. Notable among these is the presentation of the book "Investment or Passion. A Guide to Navigating the Art Market" by María Sancho-Arroyo.
